Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Magical Touch Aesthetics ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our services, whether in-person at our clinic located at 316A Oxley Road, Graceville, Brisbane, Australia 4075, or through our website and online booking system.
2. Services Provided
Magical Touch Aesthetics provides professional aesthetic and beauty treatments including but not limited to:
- Body contouring and fat cavitation treatments
- HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) face treatments
- CoolSlimming 360 fat freezing procedures
- Laser tattoo removal services
- Radio frequency skin tightening
- Cellulite reduction treatments
- Teeth whitening and gem application
- Other aesthetic services as advertised
All services are performed by qualified and trained professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.
3. Booking and Appointments
3.1 Booking Process
Appointments can be made through our website, by phone at +61 466 992 297, via email at info@magicaltouchaesthetics.com, or through WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
3.2 Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of booking.
3.3 Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling at our discretion.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
4.1 Cancellation Notice
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.
4.2 No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. We reserve the right to require prepayment for future bookings.
4.3 Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, staff illness, or equipment issues. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative appointment times.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Methods
We accept payment via cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
5.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the price at the time of booking confirmation.
5.3 Package Deals
Package deals must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. Packages are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise specified.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Services already rendered are non-refundable. Unused portions of packages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus a 20% administration fee.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 Medical History
You must provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, current medications, allergies, and any conditions that may affect treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in adverse effects and voids any liability on our part.
6.2 Consultation
A consultation may be required before certain treatments. You agree to participate honestly and openly in the consultation process.
6.3 Contraindications
Certain treatments may not be suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with specific medical conditions, or those taking certain medications. You are responsible for informing us of any changes to your health status.
6.4 Aftercare
You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by our staff. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment results and is not grounds for refund or complaint.
7. Treatment Results and Expectations
Results from aesthetic treatments vary from person to person. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results. Factors affecting results include individual physiology, lifestyle, adherence to aftercare instructions, and the number of treatments received.
Before and after photos shown on our website or social media are examples of results achieved by some clients and are not a guarantee of results you will achieve.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magical Touch Aesthetics, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during booking and treatment is used solely for providing services and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.

10. Photography and Marketing
We may request permission to take before and after photos for your treatment records and potentially for marketing purposes. You have the right to refuse photography or limit its use. Written consent will be obtained before any images are used for marketing purposes.
If you consent to the use of your images, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such images in our marketing materials, website, and social media. Your identity will be protected unless you specifically consent otherwise.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Magical Touch Aesthetics or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.
